Exploring Seattle

My wonderful husband who has lived most of his life here in Oregon, had never been to WA. So our honeymoon was a new experience for him. Going to Washington without going to Seattle would be freakin' crime. So I took him to Pikes Place Market. We had the best time exploring. We have the coolest old square suitcases and we have started buying stickers from our adventures to cover the suitcases. So we made it our mission to find cool stickers. We bought flowers as a thank you to our mothers for all their love and support.

We bought some of the best vinegar and olive oil from an amazing local company called Sotto Voce.

I can't wait to go back and do more exploring with my hubby.

Orcas Island week

We had such a wonderful week at Orcas Island. It was fun to ride on the ferry and see all the beautiful Islands. The weather was perfect and the company was even better. We had so much fun!! We were truly blessed to be able to stay at such a wonderful place called the Orcas Island Bayside Cottages. We stayed in a renovated barn loft. It was so adorable. We cooked and BBQ'd, we explored the island, we rested and just enjoyed each others company.

The LUNA de MIEL aka the Honeymoon!!! part I

After the most amazing day ever, we were so blessed to be able to go up to Orcas Island in Washington. We waved goodbye to our adoring fans, leaving the wedding party, we made our way to Olympia WA. We stayed at an adorable Bed & Breakfast Swantown Inn. We were in the Astoria room. It was so beautiful with a big King size canopy bed and a heart shape jacuzzi tub. We ate at the most delicious Sicilian style Italian Restaurant. We explored downtown Olympia. It was a perfect end to a perfect day.
