I have been thinking so much lately about Mary the mother of Jesus. How she must have felt knowing she was caring the Savior of the world within her body. Holding the baby Jesus to her heart, teaching him to walk and talk. What was Jesus' first word? What did Mary do when Jesus threw a 2 year old tantrum? Cause I can't imagine he didn't at least once. How amazing it would have been to see him grow up and how much she suffered to see him die. Not only did he die as her son but also as the Savior. I bet the pain was double for her, to see that sweet baby that she held in her arms in the manger die on a cross. I am thankful for the love of Mary, for raising the Son of God.
