Honey Soy Sesame Salmon over Rice

4 center cut skin-on wild salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each 
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp agave nectar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced onions
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Mix honey, agave nectar, oil, lime juice, and soy sauce together and all the spices. Place salmon in the bottom of a greased 13x9" baking dish. Spoon mixture over salmon. Cover with cilantro & onions. 
Roast salmon in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve over rice with cooked edamame.
